This document contains the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for MedFlow platforms and services. It should receive final review by a qualified Indian legal professional before public deployment.

Part A - Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the MedFlow mobile application, MedFlowCard.com, official digital platforms, membership services, customer support and partner-network access operated by MedFlow Solutions Private Limited ("MedFlow", "Company", "we", "us" or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing or activating membership, using a MedFlow website or application, contacting support or otherwise accessing the services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Company Information

MedFlow Solutions Private Limited, CIN U86909UP2026PTC250729, operates under the brand MedFlow with the slogan "One Network for Complete Healthcare". Business address: Nai Basti, Golaghat, Ramnagar, Varanasi - 221008, Uttar Pradesh, India. Website: MedFlowCard.com.

3. Nature and Role of MedFlow

MedFlow is a healthcare network, information, membership, support and service-access platform. It may help users discover, access, communicate with or obtain support regarding independent partner organisations, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, healthcare professionals, ambulance providers and wellness or therapy services. Availability depends on location, partner availability, eligibility and applicable law.

4. MedFlow Is Not the Healthcare Treatment Provider

MedFlow does not itself provide medical treatment, diagnosis, prescriptions, surgery, laboratory testing, pharmacy dispensing or emergency medical treatment. Those services are independently provided by the relevant hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, healthcare professionals and partner organisations.

5. No Medical Advice and Emergencies

Information on MedFlow is for general service-access and informational purposes. MedFlow does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations. In an emergency, contact the nearest appropriate emergency hospital, ambulance provider or emergency service immediately. MedFlow does not guarantee ambulance response, hospital beds, ICU availability, doctor availability or emergency treatment.

6. Membership, Cards and Benefits

Membership plans and features may include digital identification, physical cards, partner information, booking support and customer support, depending on the applicable plan and availability. Membership does not guarantee free treatment, admission, surgery, tests, medicines, consultations, ambulance service or any medical outcome. A membership card is not a government identity document, Aadhaar, PAN, insurance policy, medical licence or government healthcare scheme card.

7. Independent Partners and Bookings

Partner organisations remain responsible for their own staff, licences, facilities, equipment, treatment, diagnosis, prescriptions, bills and service delivery. A booking or request does not guarantee immediate service, admission, test availability, emergency priority or completion. Final availability and final bills remain subject to the independent provider.

8. Accounts and User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, current and complete information, keep credentials confidential, notify MedFlow of suspected unauthorised access and use services lawfully and responsibly. Users must not create fraudulent accounts, impersonate another person, forge membership materials, sell or misuse benefits, interfere with security, upload malicious software or misuse booking systems.

9. Payments, Refunds and Cancellation

Payments may use authorised payment methods, gateways, partner counters or approved channels. Fees, refunds and cancellation terms will be communicated at or before purchase or activation. Refund eligibility depends on the applicable membership, activation and fulfilment policy and applicable law. Independent partner services may follow the partner's own cancellation policy.

10. Communications and Support

MedFlow may send service-related communications by SMS, telephone, WhatsApp, email or application notification, subject to applicable law. Customer support may assist with membership, account access, partner information and booking support, but does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.

11. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services

The MedFlow name, logo, designs, software, content, graphics and membership materials may be protected by law. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected materials without permission. Third-party services and links may have their own terms and policies.

12. Suspension, Liability, Changes and Governing Law

MedFlow may suspend or restrict accounts for security, fraud prevention, misuse, violation of these Terms or legal compliance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedFlow is not responsible for losses arising solely from independent provider decisions, partner interruptions, third-party payment failures or events beyond reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. MedFlow may update services and Terms from time to time and will provide notice where required.
